The twins
Description
The girls and I were home today, and we were all bored, so I pulled out the camera and took these shots. I took some different ones today because I wanted to get some shots of what I think of when I think of my little twins, which is their tiny feet and hands. To me, that’s what defines them as little kids. Their tiny little feet and hands. Oh, and I snapped some portrait shots, which I think came out rather well. As always, if you like anything you see, leave me a comment and let me know, because it honestly makes my day.
On with the pics! (oh, and this is yet another new photo gallery, big ups to Steve(http://www.multiplaying.net) for telling me about it. Click the fs button for full screen, or sl for slideshow)

What cute pictures! I especially like the little hands and feet. It’s exactly what I’m trying to capture with Mason.
Thanks. These were taken with my 50mm lens. If you want to do portrait type photos it’s a great lens to have, though it doesn’t autofocus on the cameras we have. This is a link to the lens on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-50mm-Nikkor-Digital-Cameras/dp/B00005LEN4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=photo&qid=1264556370&sr=1-1
Not sure you’d even want AF on that lens anyways. Easier to control your DOF with manual on those wide apertures.
True….though if you have a stationary target it would be much nicer to just throw it on auto, then have to spin the lens and “hope” that it is in focus. The indicator on the Nikon is just a little green light, which is not the best most times. I’ve actually looked at getting a split prisim for my D60, and it doesn’t seem very cost prohibitive. MUCH easier to focus with.
The pics of their hamds and feet put the most pleasant smile on my face
Thanks! I liked them a lot too. I always think their little feet are the coolest.
Would like the ones with the hands and feet
