Halloween Movies Thanksgiving

Description

Halloween was yesterday and a good time was had by all.  The day didn’t start out too great (note to self, don’t struggle with a 2 year old over a child potty full of pee), but it ended pretty well.  The kids were all good during trick or treating, and everyone seemed to like their costumes.  My son decided to shuck his Mickey costume and went as a crayon, while the twins were Tinkerbell.  There was a nice chorus of “They’re soooo cute!” when we passed people, so it seemed like the outfits were a success.  I think next year we’re just going to stick to the neighborhood, and maybe I’ll even hang out and pass out candy here.  Now that Halloween is over, we’re on the push to Thanksgiving, also one of my favorite holidays.  Actually this whole time of year is my favorite.  I love the crisp, cool air.  The Christmas decorations and holiday themed movies.  In fact, now with Thanksgiving approaching I feel duty bound to pull out Dutch and Planes, Trains and Automobiles.  If anyone knows of any other funny, thanksgiving movies, leave me a comment and let me know.  Until next time….
